Dont expect for Sikky to reply to your emails. They dont even reply to customers who have spent couple thousand with them, even for easy to answer questions.

I love their products, hate their customer service.

If its something important... just call. I've had them respond immediately and sometimes take a day if I get a response at all via email. I am sure this has to do with the volume or emails, work in the shop or similar. If its urgent, just call.. they are open til 6 and someone always answers to help.

Not to butt in, but I went with their mounts, pan and headers too and love them. I don't have any fit issues with anything. However, the customer service, even over the phone, leaves much to be desired.

Unfortunately I get to join this bandwagon as well. Can't get them to answer the phone or return VMs now either... I just get to figure it out on my own I guess... I've called for 3 days and I have to beg the vendor I bought my stuff from to get them to call me to get anything done. Love their product, but if they are selling as much as I am being told they are and can't answer customers calls, hire someone. The $7-9/hr could gain you a lot more business than you think. That and if people are on vacation or there are other circumstances, just a quick blurp on the website or anywhere would be nice and it'd be better understood.

Here's a list of the Sikky dealers, they are really the guys to call if you're just looking for parts, they only wholesale out to this P1 place and then that place goes to the shops, to the customers.

Here's the link to the retailers,

Very true, but their are things my dealer can't sell to me (dakota digitals - the harness they sent me had loose wires for it as they weren't in stock at the time, so i am trying to pay for and have them ship the dakota digital separately now) and questions they can't answer (wiring problems) that all rely on SIKKY answering their phone... I finally get a dealer to go over there and tell them to answer the phone Friday, just for them to tell me to call in the mornings instead of afternoon (that and someone would call me today about my dakota digital). I've called at 10AM/11AM/12PM today trying to figure out my CKP sensor issue (see where they tapped into it, IF they did as it could be a bad solder joint causing my problem), but can't get anyone to answer nor can I leave a VM as its full. That's the problem. If someone else could answer my question I wouldnt be so frustrated.

customer service issues fixed!!!!!

basically we have to chalk it up to growing pains, we know it's no excuse but it really just came down to a man power issue. We returned calls when we missed them as long as people left messages. We can assure this won't be an issue in the future.

thanks
Sikky
