I actually made the first few in my home shop, it is a very well equipped shop. But as I got more requests for them I decided to have them made, as I couldn't keep up the quality as well as I would like. I work as an engineer in the automotive industry and I used some of my contacts to have them made. The shop that is manufacturing these for me is a supplier to the automotive industry and is ISO registered. I am very happy with the quality of these, the only problem is that to get the price down I had to make a lot of them.

Copied from my post on another forum:
Here it is step by step instructions of how to get a Wilwood clutch master cylinder to install in your S13 or S14 240sx:
Here you can see them side by side. Factory Nissan on top, Wilwood on bottom. The Wilwood cylinder rod has different threads, so you will have to transfer the Nissan rod into it.
Step 1: Disassemble both master cylinders
Remove the boots from both master cylinders.
Remove the C-clip from the Wilwood cylinder. You can use either a small pair of c-clip pliers or a sharp pair of needle nose pliers(I used a leatherman, it worked great). With the c-clip removed the shaft and retainer plate will come out.
Remove the clip from the Nissan cylinder. The Nissan uses a different kind of clip, it is easily removed with a small screwdriver.
Here you can see both torn down to components.
Step 2: Reassemble Wilwood cylinder with Nissan rod
Insert the Nissan rod into the Wilwood cylinder. Use the retainer plate and c-clip from the Wilwood cylinder. Reinstall boot. The secondary boot cover may not be needed as it may not fit through the firewall hole.
Step 3: Install adapter bracket
Bolt on adapter bracket and it is ready to install in car.
Here is a link to the Wilwood small bore master cylinder page so you can see the different bore sizes.

They are around $50 from most of the major online parts stores (summit, jegs, ect.)
For my LS1 these were the required lines and fittings:
63010236ERL - Brake Line, Speed-Flex, Braided Stainless Steel, 36 in., -3 AN Female, 10mm or 3/8 in. Banjo, $24.99
997503ERL - Fitting, Adapter, Banjo Bolt w/ Crush Washer 3/ 8"-24 Single, Steel, $8.39
RUS-640281 - Adapter Fitting; Flare Clutch Fitting; AN Size -3; Male $20.69, comes with 2 fittings but you only need 1.

Any chance you'll start making brackets to bolt a vette DBW petal into the 240... or maybe some sway bar spacers |
I could look into that. I know someone doing an ls2 swap so I could look at doing the pedal bracket for sure.

As of 5/20/09 price had dropped on these from $20.20 each to $18.00 each. I have fixed the original post to show the difference. I received a price break on the latest batch of these and therefore can lower the price of them. Thanks for the orders everyone.
