Sweet, looking good.
Not used to seeing dual exhaust on 240's but I dont think it looks bad. The piping looks pretty darn good.

Looks good man. I may try to use the stock Ka Pressure hose as well. If I remember right you had to trim some off of the bolt right?
Exhaust looks mean. _________________ Kouki Project

Looking good man.
The brazed cooper pipe is a bit questionable, but as long as it dosnt leak I guess it works.
I would consider making a mount for the trans cooler and putting in front of the radiator. Those push through tabs will destroy the condenser over time. The cooler itself will also pick up alot of heat being sandwiched between two hear sources like that.

Did you make this piece or find it?

i have table top smithy lathe and mill i made that with and took it too a welding shop and had them welded on after this pic was taken. i made a mistake of not having a ground terminal welded too the body and the gauge did not read correctly. i currently have a hose clamp holding the ground to the sensor. someday when i have to drain the coolant i will have a terminal welded to the bottom side

no i did not do anything to the bolt. i just bought 2 new washers. the exhaust i mounted the mufflers and bought three mandrel j bends to use behind the rear end and the x pipe. i took the car to a friend that who does exhaust work at his house. he done a excellent job.

thanks ya i still have my concerns about the copper fittings myself. its the first time I've done anything with copper but so far its holding. for the trans cooler I've thought it might get hot when i get the air going but the cooler is twice the size recommended for that trans

| thanks, i took a 3 or 4 lb. sledge and rounded it like a broad ball pen so it didn't leave any sharp indention's. and it probably didn't hurt that the tunnel had to be stretched so tight to make room for the auto.

| i was at cruise-in and got a look at a 2010 camaro, the heater hoses are a lot like i done mine. i don't know how it is under the covers or behind the head but it might could be used on the 240.
